POUND Rockout Workout! Summer 2019 (ages 10+)

Find your inner rock star with this heart-pounding, cardio jam session! This all-ages workout is designed to work your core and scorch calories! Using lightly-weighted drumsticks, class is guided by upbeat music and upwards of 15,000 stick strikes to the ground and over-head! Get ready to sweat, tone and more importantly rock out to POUND! Please bring yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
Sara Monson has been attending POUND classes through Community Education since January 2018. She fell in love with the format, the music, and the community it builds. She became a certified POUND Pro in the fall of of 2018.
