Tai Chi

Tai Chi is sometimes called meditation in motion. Instructor Jeff Wood will take the class through intentional, slow-motion movements designed to focus breathing, encourage mind-body engagement, and provide a gentle work out. Tai chi is a low-impact and helps with balance, coordination, and provides stress relief. This program is designed for people ages 15-115.
