Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class designed especially for the beginner. Vinyasa connects the movement with the breath to create a continuous flow of postures. The breath guides you through this class comprised of creative sequences intended to provide you with strength, flexibility, and peace for the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga poses can be modified to fit your skills. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
