Kids' Campus provides quality school age care for children in grades K-6. Kids' Campus registration is open. Please register online. A non-refundable $50 registration fee is required at the time of registration.

Fun, Friends, and Fitness
We’ll create over 20 appetizers that require less than 20 minutes, from start to finish! You can serve these appetizers as a first course or as a snack for family and friends, you could even create a complete buffet! Our selections will include recipes for spreads, hearty appetizers, dips, dippers, nibbles, hot appetizers and more! Enjoy the selections during the class or take your samples home. You’ll also learn special tips to create an appetizer party!
Be prepared the day of class to pay an additional food fee of $16 directly to the instructor. Bring containers to transport your creations safely home.
LAUREL SEVERSON is a home economist with over 17 years of experience in commercial food service, recipe testing and editing. She lived in England for several years, is an avid cookbook collector and is in high demand teaching Community Education classes for a variety of metro area schools.
