Fall Fest Crafters and Artisan Vendors

Fall 2024

Save the date for our annual Fall Fest event at Tilden Community Center. Register to sell your craft and artisan items at our event on Saturday, October 12, 2024. A nonrefundable deposit is required by October 1st to secure your area. Deposit fees increase $10 after October 1st. Hand-crafted goods and art preferred. Third party vendors considered on a limited basis. Contact Jaci at jhansey@isd200.org or 651-480-7673 to confirm availability prior to registering.

Set up is available Friday, October 11th from 3:30-7 pm or Saturday from 7:30-8:30am. No tents are allowed inside. After you are set up Saturday, please move your vehicle to the parking lot off of 4th street behind the building, the parking spots along 3rd street, or street parking. If you are providing a door prize, please add it to the table on Saturday morning. Vendors cannot enter their own names for the door prize drawing. A rack of chairs will be available for you to help yourself to. You cannot take down your booth before 2pm on Saturday. All clean up must be done by 3:30pm on Saturday.

Please bring your ST19 form filled out or be prepared to fill one out at the time of set up. Forms need to be turned in before 9am.

A portion of the fees collected will support the Youth Impact Council Scholarship. Thank you for your contribution!
