Fun, Friends & Fitness: Open Gym Fridays

Winter/Spring 25

Join Jaci and Fun, Friends & Fitness group at Tilden Community Center for open gym. We will have the gym from 9-9:45 AM reserved just for adult persons with disabilities. Join us for an opportunity to keep moving this winter.  Register and pay the $5 registration fee and you can come as many times as your schedule allows.  You only need to register once.

If you need one on one assistance your caregiver or staff member will need to stay in the gym.
