Refuel your body, mind, and spirit with three essential meditation practices that will deepen and enrich your life. Through these practices you can produce the benefits of reducing stress, calming one's emotions and improving physical health and so much more.
This is a half day retreat filled with presence, while we practice gentle breathing, stillness and meditative movements. There will be a combination of walking, standing or seated meditations so wear comfortable clothing. You may wear tennis shoes or practice barefoot, and bring a cushion or blanket for floor sitting comfort or the use of chairs will be provided. No previous experience required. Get ready to relax and enjoy!

These include hypnotherapy, past life regression, stress management, tools for people with anxiety, NLP, several studies in energy medicine, and meditation practices, intuition and mediumship development, core shamanism, sacred ceremony, space clearing, and studies in peace communication and facilitating peace circles. She has been in private practice since 1998 and continues to serve public and private organizations.
