Winter/Spring 26

You will be closely working with personal trainers during the session. The workout will consist of body weight exercises, learning how to properly do functional strength movements and walk away feeling confident working out. Our goal is to get athletes moving and learn healthy habits.

Be prepared the first day to fill out a liability waiver with Anytime Fitness.

At this time, we are unable to offer scholarships for this course.
