Safety begins before self-defense, come learn key elements that make the largest impact.

    Safety is about the situation, self-awareness, and self-defense. Learn the fundamentals, effective responses to practical situations, and experience hands-on exercises. This class includes discussion on boundaries, saying 'no', de-escalation, and the importance of taking care of ourselves. We will learn the most critical elements to keep us safe and practice self-awareness. We will also punch, kick, block, yell, and more. Build a strong foundation for strength and confidence. Youth-focused, minimum age of 8 years old. Parents are welcome to watch.
