Discover why no dream is too big at Disney On Ice presents Into the Magic! Seek adventure in the great wide somewhere with Belle as she explores the Beast’s enchanted castle, experience Moana’s courage to embark on a voyage with demigod Maui to save her island, and sing-along with Miguel from Coco as he follows the music in his heart. Be inspired by Anna’s devotion to her sister Elsa on her journey to the North Mountain to stop the eternal winter, and watch Rapunzel and Flynn go to great lengths to make her dream come true. Celebrate the magic of courage, love and adventure at Disney On Ice! Let us handle the driving and parking so you can focus on family fun! We will begin loading the bus at 8:45 AM from the West side of the Hastings Walmart parking lot. The bus will leave at 9:00 AM sharp! The show starts at 10:30 AM. We expect to return back to Hastings by 2:00 PM, however, that is an estimation, the time could fluctuate based on traffic, construction, etc. Register by February 5. There are no refunds given after February 5th. Fee includes: school bus transportation and show ticket. Note: Children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Their adult also needs to purchase a ticket.

Sept 9, 2024 - June 5, 2025 HHS upper level indoor track M-F: 6:00-7:00 AM and 3:00-10:00 PM*Sat: 8 AM - 3PM* $20 per person per school year $10 for Senior Center Members and Adult with Disabilities Program Participants Enter through the upper doors of the high school and enjoy a walk in a temperature controlled environment. Walk passes can be purchased online but participants must pick up a pass and have their driver’s license scanned for a raptor badge at Tilden Community Center. Passes are not issued at the high school. Dates are subject to change. Walking during the school day is not permitted because we do not have staff to supervise the area and high school students are using the track during the school day. *A walk program information letter that will include building closed dates and all other necessary information can be picked up at Tilden Community Center or a link will be in your email confirmation.

Learn to create the rolled Norwegian cookie, Krumkakes made with cream, butter and cinnamon or sometimes flavored with vanilla. For generations, Minnesotans have purchased their irons to bake krumkakes from local manufacturer Nordic Ware in St. Louis Park. Italian Pizzelles are also baked on the top of the stove using an iron but are a flat, anise-flavored cookie or they also may be flavored with vanilla. The chewy, almond Swedish Sandbakkelse are delicate golden brown in color and are baked in tiny tins to resemble tarts. Finally, we will master deep fried Rosettes - those exceedingly fragile, paper thin Scandinavian delicacies dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Expect great recipes plus the many tips and techniques that will make your baking a success! Bring containers to transport your creations safely home. Be prepared the day of class to pay an additional food fee of $14 directly to the instructor. Only registered and paid participants are eligible to participate in class.
