This class is a great way for brand new players to learn the sport of Pickleball. Players receive both instruction and playing time. Players will learn all the rules and basics to be able to play. We will cover equipment, lingo, score keeping, court position, and the fundamentals of serve, return, and the volley. The students will master verbal interventions, physical techniques, and other counter strike skill sets to quickly end a potentially dangerous encounter. In addition, participants will receive insight into the use of self-defense devices, tools, and other objects which will aid them in ending an assault immediately.
